Advocacy

CCFI provided services to over 1200 people with disabilities and their families in 2024.

CCFI provided information and/or services to 129 businesses in 2024.

51% of individuals that were enrolled in the ACES program gained employment in 2024.

During open enrollment for the NYS Department of Health, CCFI staff enrolled 545 people in health insurance through the marketplace.

In collaboration with the Village of Unadilla, The Theresa Wiedeck Fund, and CCFI; an accessible playground was installed in the village of Unadilla in Theresa Wiedecks memory.

In 2024 CCFI transitioned 6 individuals from a nursing home setting back to the community of their choice.

In 2024, CCFI diverted 26 individuals from entering a nursing home.

In 2024, CCFI assisted over 25 individuals obtain competitive employment.
